    Craig R. Eaton, Owner/Broker, REALTOR®

    Craig has been involved with various forms of Sales and Real Estate for over 35 years. From experience as a Loan Officer, General Contractor, Builder, Landlord, Real Estate Investor, Real Estate Salesperson and Real Estate Broker, Craig has the experience to handle most any situation.

    Craig has been recognized by Newland Communities as the FishHawk Ranch Realtor of the Year for 2003 and 2004, and earned Second Place for Outstanding Sales Performance in MiraBay for 2003 and First Place in 2004. Of all agents in the bay area, The Tampa Bay Builders Association recognized Craig as the Realtor Partner of the Year for 2012.

  • Shawn Eaton

    Shawn Eaton, Director of Operations

    Craig's son, Shawn Eaton graduated North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Electrical and Computer Engineering.

    Responsible for maintaining and planning Eaton Realty's IT Infrastructure and Website Design, Human Resources and overseeing accounting activities, Shawn is also part of the creative team involved in Marketing and Community Outreach.

    Shawn provided part-time IT support to Eaton Realty for two years while living in Raleigh, NC prior to joining the team full-time in spring of 2004. Shawn helps to ensure Eaton Realty's tradition of outstanding customer service is delivered every day.


  • Daniel Rothrock

    Daniel Rothrock, Broker Associate, Director of Property Management

    Daniel was born and raised in High Point, NC and attended North Carolina State University studying Architecture and later, Industrial Design.

    During college, Daniel met his beautiful wife, Abby, and later moved to Florida in 2006 when he opened a mortgage company and served as a Realtor to the community.

    In 2007, Daniel earned a Master's degree in Educational Administration and became an educator at Strawberry Crest High School, teaching advanced Mathematics and Technology in the International Baccalaureate Program.

    Daniel and Abby welcomed the birth of their son, Hayden Gray, in 2009 and a year later their daughter, Isabella (Bella) Marie.

    In 2012, Daniel joined the Eaton Realty team as a full-time Property Manager, furthering Eaton Realty's prominence in the FishHawk community and managing the operations of Eaton Realty's extensive rental home portfolio.

  • Maria Miller

    Bill Hague, Property Manager

    Bill was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and attended the University of Cincinnati studying for a bachelors in Operations Management with a minor in Business Administration.

  • In 2005, Bill married his wife, Stephanie, and they are blessed with two beautiful daughters. In the summer of 2013, Bill’s wife took a job with Tampa General Hospital and the family relocated to Tampa Bay.

  • Bill has several years’ experience in the property management field. Bill joined the Eaton Realty team as a Property Manager in September, 2014 and looks forward to assisting our clients with managing the operations of Eaton Realty's rental home portfolio.

  • Jessica Robinson

    Jessica Robinson, Property Manager

    Jessica was born and raised in Southern California where she met her husband--a US Marine.

  • While living in California, Jessica obtained her Real Estate License. When they were relocated to North Carolina, Jessica branched out into multi-family property management. Another move brought them to Florida and Jessica to Eaton Realty.

    In her personal life Jessica enjoys a large variety of hobbies, spending time with her husband and daughter and exploring everything Tampa Bay has to offer!

  • Donna Hynick

    Donna Hynick, Office Administrator

    Originally a New England girl, Donna found herself in Florida to attend college. After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Eckerd College, she moved to the Boston area where she worked in a laboratory and later a Clinical Research Organization. Shortly after marrying, Donna & her husband relocated back to the Tampa area.

    Since returning to Florida, Donna has been the Financial Manager for Hynick Trucking; a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2003 and subsequently returned to the science arena as a Forensic Technologist for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Her most rewarding & challenging work is Mom to her two fantastic sons.

    Donna joined the Eaton Realty team in 2013 to coordinate sales closings, as well as process the large amount of financial transactions required to manage such a large number of homes. Donna's detail-oriented, friendly personality makes her a perfect fit for a job that requires lots of organization!

  • Eddie Rider

    Eddie Rider, Interior Designer

    Eddie Rider is a graduate of Brooks College, School of Design in Long Beach, California, and also completed an internship with Miller-Dupis of Beverly Hills, California.

    Eddie has over 15 years of working experience, specializing in studies of Furniture Design, Architectural Drawings, Color Analysis, Furniture Placement, Textiles, Marketing and Communications.

    Current and Past Project locations range from New York to the Gulf Coast of Florida.

    Eddie Rider brings you years of professional experience in all aspects of Interior Design and Event Planning. Eddie specializes in creating comfortable living and work spaces based on client requirements brought to life through a designer's eye.

    Having successfully installed complete turn-key furnished homes on time and on budget, Eddie has earned rave reviews from homeowners and their guests alike.

    Chanelle Brennan, Sales Manager

    Chanelle grew up in North Attleboro, Massachusetts and graduated Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. Chanelle and her husband decided to move to the area in 2005 with their two sons.

    Chanelle is enthusiastic and confident in her knowledge, skills and abilities. She loves to listen to the needs and wants of her clients and truly enjoys working with people and pleasing others. Chanelle will do what it takes to help find you the home of your dreams!



  • Chuck Frenz

    Chuck Frenz, Investment Specialist, REALTOR®

    Chuck grew up in Springfield, Illinois and received his Bachelors in English Education from Western Illinois University. He worked on his Master’s Degree in Special Education at Arizona State University, became the Director of Psychiatry as St. Luke’s Hospital in Phoenix, and launched his real estate career there more than 30 years ago specializing in commercial syndications.

    In 1985 he arrived in Florida and began selling new homes in the Brandon area. He moved on to general real estate with Prudential Florida Realty, trained new associates, and was a professional speaker for several years on such topics as Creative Problem Solving.

    For the past decade he has focused on the sale of new homes for various builders, most recently, Homes by WestBay in FishHawk Ranch.

    He has been happily married to Denise for 33 years and has three grown children.

    After over 30 years in real estate, 20 years representing home builders, and winning a Salesperson of the Year award from the Tampa Bay Builder’s Association for 2012, Chuck is ready to apply his wealth of experience to helping YOU negotiate and purchase a new or existing home.

    Tessa Heath, Sales Manager

    Originally a farm girl from North Dakota, Tessa married her husband, Nathan, in 2001. She has a degree in Elementary Education from The University of Oklahoma, and she was a military spouse for over 14 years.

    The many moves across the country lead the Heaths to quickly realize that Florida was where they wanted to be when their time in the military came to an end. In 2015 they relocated back to Fishhawk with their three children because they truly enjoy everything about this area.

    Tessa understands how difficult a move can be no matter the circumstances and she knows how important it is to have someone on your side helping to make the search for your new home enjoyable.

  • Originally raised in Zephyrhills, Florida, Ann joined the Army as an Intelligence Analyst and completed her service after marrying her husband of 19 years, a current Army Officer. Ann is a graduate of Columbus State University (GA) with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. She most recently worked full-time for Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC) as an Early Childhood Education Instructor teaching on campus and online courses in NC.

    Ann and her husband relocated here during the summer of 2015 with their 10-year-old son. They have built their retirement home in FishHawk.

  • Sissy Martinez

    Sissy was born in Quebec, Canada and raised in San Juan Puerto Rico, making her conveniently bilingual. She studied at the Universidad del Sagrado Corazon majoring in Education.

    Sissy married her husband Miguel and worked 19 years for her family’s restaurants. In 2005, Sissy attained her real estate license in Puerto Rico.

    In 2011, Sissy and Miguel relocated to the Tampa Area. This year 3 of their 4 boys will be attending university, while their youngest attends Randall Middle School.

    Susie joined the Eaton team after completing a long and successful career in sales management, marketing, and the training of management personnel.

  • She grew up in West Virginia where she attended Bluefield State College before moving to the Washington D.C. area. Her career took her to New York and then to Virginia Beach, Virginia, where she met her husband, a Navy pilot. They are blessed with one amazing son, and have two lovable dogs. Between her corporate career and her husband’s Navy career, she has called many places home, but since 2008, she has come to truly love the active, scenic, and fun lifestyle Florida has to offer.
