We’ll simultaneously list your home for sale and for rent.

- If a tenant is found before a buyer, the listing is cancelled at no charge ($1,495 savings).
- This add-on fee secures placement in our premium marketing portals, where we spend thousands per month to feature our rental listings.
- You’ll have the opportunity to contract our full property management services in the event a tenant is found.
