Included with all Premium FlexRATE listing packages, we now offer sellers a custom rider with a phone number to call for free, recorded information, 24hours/day.

During the call, callers will also have the opportunity to immediately contact Craig for more information or to schedule a showing.

If the flyer box is empty, or someone driving by just doesn't want to get out of their car, they can conveniently call from their cell phone and hear recorded information describing your home!

Historically, drive-by buyers are reluctant to call the real estate office and actually talk to someone. They may want more information, but not want to commit to speaking with anyone. Having the recorded information solves this problem! The potential buyer gets the information they're looking for instantly, no matter the time of day, and they can easily schedule an appointment if they'd like to take the next step!
