Renting a home with Eaton Realty is easy!

We currently have 27 homes available for rent in three communities: FishHawk Ranch (we have the largest selection!), MiraBay and Grand Central at Kennedy.

All of our FishHawk Ranch homes include complete lawn care services, including fertilization, turf and plant pest control, plus mowing and pruning to keep the lawn looking great -- and you don't have to lift a finger!

Aside from a couple of exceptions, appliances are included in all of our homes, so you don't have to worry about buying a washer, dryer or refrigerator if you don't already have one.

The homes listed for rent are sorted by availability date, so you can see when the home is scheduled to be available.

Please note that these dates may change! The availability dates reflect the most recent information we have from the tenant, but they may choose to extend or renew their lease at the end of their current term. The closer the availability date is to today, the more likely it is to be confirmed.

The application process is straightforward:

1. Once you've found the home you're interested in renting, contact us to confirm it's availability and request an application.
2. We will prepare an application for you and email you a link where you can view and complete the PDF form online.
3. After you complete the application, click the "Submit" button to submit the information to us securely.
4. Use the "Pay Now" links to pay the $50.00/applicant application fee.
5. We will review your application and contact you if further information is necessary.

Once your application is approved, we will have the lease prepared and sent to you via email. You'll print and sign the lease and return to our office with your deposit.

We'll email you with instructions each step of the way. We'll also provide you with links and phone numbers for utility and community information.

Finally, we'll meet you at your new home to deliver keys, and orient you with the homes various systems and features.
